Our apps are made for children, and we treat that as a duty. The short version: nothing about your child leaves the device.
What the apps store
Progress (which questions were answered right or wrong, which drawings were finished), settings (language, vibration, which categories are on) and, in Math 1, the days a round was played. All of this is saved on the phone only, and is deleted when the app is deleted or when you choose “Reset progress” in Settings.
Accounts, ads and purchases
There are none. The apps have no sign-in, show no advertising, and sell nothing. They do not ask for the camera, the microphone, contacts, photos or location.
Crash reports and usage statistics
Line by Line sends anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) so we can fix problems, and — unless a grown-up switches it off in Settings — anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase, without the advertising identifier) about which drawings are used. Neither contains anything that identifies a child. The other apps send nothing at all.
Links out of the apps
The apps contain no links to websites or other apps.
